Shop Pay “Confirm it’s you”

Shop Pay is an express checkout system for e-commerce websites that are hosted on Shopify. It is not exclusive to UPPERCASE, and the customer decides whether to proceed with Shop Pay Express Checkout or not.

If you’ve used Shop Pay before, either on UPPERCASE or on another online store that is hosted on Shopify, you might be prompted with this “Confirm it’s you” popup alert.

It is up to the customer to ensure that the shipping address, billing address, etc, stored in Shop Pay is correct.

If you’re unfamiliar with “Shop Pay,” click on the X to close that little “Confirm it’s you” message.

At all times during the checkout process, the customer can see and edit their information. Please review all your information carefully before payment.

If you see an error after payment is made, immediately reply to the emailed order receipt with your corrections.
